Ray Hansell, Chairman and Co-Founder
Ray Hansell brings a successful track record encompassing over 30 years of experience in creating and building businesses.
Ray acquired his business acumen and honed his skills early in his career at companies like NCR, ADP, and SMS.
His initial entrepreneurial venture was to provide consulting expertise to fortune 500 companies like ARCO Chemical, AIG, and Blue
Cross Blue Shield. Subsequently, Ray co-founded RMH Teleservices and oversaw the acquisition of Blue Chip clientele as well as the expansion of over
a dozen call centers throughout the country leading up to the initial public offering in 1996 on NASDAQ (RMHT). For his contributions to the industry,
Ray received a number of accolades; including a Lifetime Achievement Award and an Industry Pioneer Award by the ATA- American Teleservices Association.
Throughout his career, Ray looked for positive approaches to training and managing people. Ray's vision for uplifting people's lives
took root as co-founder of ToonUps, a digital media content provider of positive animated software for business as well as consumers. ToonUps
is the parent company of A Better World, a Facebook game that rewards good deeds and promotes good will.
MarySue Lucci Hansell, President and Chief Operating Officer
MarySue was Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of RMH Teleservices and RMH Sales and Marketing consulting Inc. RMH Teleservices was a
National Teleservice and customer service company with 21 call centers in the United States and Canada. Its client list includes Fortune 500
firms and smaller businesses in a variety of industries. RHM was a leader in telemarketing and was one of the first firms in the industry to
become a publicly traded company. RMH Sales and Marketing Consulting Inc was a national sales and training consulting firm that specialized in
Sales and telephone training for Fortune 500 firms. MarySue received many industry awards for her contributions.
Prior to RMH, MarySue served as Vice President of Product Development for Clement Communications, a national training and communications
firm, where she successfully launched numerous new programs for this marketplace.
As Vice President of Colonial Penn Insurance company, MarySue headed the Communications, Training and Customer service and telephone sales areas.
Gregory R. Hansell, Chief Product Officer
Gregory Hansell brought the core concept of A Better World to
ToonUps and manages the team that has turned that concept into a reality. His background is in information technology as well as in the
academic fields of philosophy, psychology, and religion that inform the foundational A Better World mechanics as well as the ToonUps company mission.
Hansell joined ToonUps in 2009, leaving the position of Managing Director of Global Communications at the Metanexus Institute, a global interdisciplinary
think tank with over 200 projects in 42 countries. Metanexus is a "big questions" academic institute, focusing on issues at the intersection of philosophy,
science, and human flourishing. In his six years at Metanexus, Hansell launched and managed several global web projects, including an awarding winning international
online magazine and a global network connecting the institute's numerous projects and programs. Prior to Metanexus, Hansell worked in network technologies at Prudential
Financial, as well as worked extensively as a freelance technical consultant.
